A Very Slow Month Ahead For TNA Wrestling

TNA has fairly empty schedule this month. They are set to tape iMPACT! Wrestling on October 10 in Tulsa, Oklahoma before the Bound for Glory weekend in San Diego on 10/19 and 10/20. TNA then goes to Salt Lake City, Utah on 10/24 to tape Impact and that’s their entire reported schedule for next month.

The company has house shows in November set for 11/1 in Battle Creek, Michigan and 11/2 in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. iMPACT! Wrestling tapings after that are set for 11/7 in Cincinatti, Ohio, 11/21 in Baltimore, Marlyand, and 12/27 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

    So in other words
" its not our fault when this site gets boring over the next month"

It really is ashame, i remember when the wrestlers were saying how beat up they were as they were wrestling 5 days a week and now it's about 4 a month

Yea, it's a real shame they're not all banged up, overworked on pain killers… Want to see abuse of labour, look at the wwe guys who are on a 4+ match schedule a week..

      • Bigmike885 says:

you want to see overworked? bout you talk to the guys who did this in the 70s and 80s. Its so much beter now then it was before. They get well compensated for their work (in wwe) and are given no miconseptions of what the work load is.

        • Philly_Cheese says:

Sad thing is only their upper card wrestlers make really good money… Their mid-cards make mediocre at best, and the low-card / FCW wrestlers make what would be about Indy circuit pay, which isn't very good.

          • Bigmike885 says:

Actually. Once they get on the main roster (low card and above) make pretty good money and travel is paid for. That's why so many stay even if they're horribly misused And at least they're always working.Sent from my iPhone

      • Bigmike885 says:

also, if they're going to be doing this..they better let most of these guy work indie shows so they can make ends meet.

      • HolsG says:

I didn't mean like that – i'm thinking more pay by appearance roster.

Anyway i agree with Bigmike – wrestlers used to be more hardcore, i've heard loads of legends saying how easy it is to make a name now by barely doing any work compared

  3. The Boss says:

So, Hulk Hogan leaving hasn’t freed up all all this money after all. But how can that be? The Hogan haters said that was the reason for TNA’s problems. If enough money doesn’t suddenly appear out of no where to save the company then those haters are going to look like fools. Then what will they say?
