AUDIO: Jake Roberts Acting Very Strange

As noted late last night here on the website, Diamond Dallas Page’s YouTube account has posted the following video online as of yesterday. The video, titled “When the Cat is Away,” shows Jake Roberts walking around DDP’s “accountability house” on June 16th with a recorded voice mail to Page from “Andrew,” who says that Roberts has been “acting funny” and isn’t being like himself. Andrew says he’s worried and asks Page to call him back.

No word on what this is, including whether it’s a work or a legit situation (although you certainly wouldn’t expect Page to post something like this on YouTube for a legit issue).

As noted, the video now contains audio. Thoughts?

I sure hope it's a work. Jake has done incredibly well to get to where he is now, I'd hate to see him screw that up.

I didn’t watch the video or audio but im a fan of Jake the Snake for life I don’t care about his personal lifelife

  3. Luis says:

Would love to see him work a big match again like he's stated he wants to do but I think his time is over in that regard, hope he hasn't gone off the rails though after the problems he's had with drugs and booze..

Why would this be a “work”? This isn’t a wrestling show…. I don’t understand what the point would be. Part of being an accountability partner is calling someone out when they are screwing up. And NORMALLY that isn’t for everyone to see, but in this case Jake and DDP are broadcasting their lives together to see Jake change. So since they wanted everyone to know what’s going on, there is nothing wrong with DDP sharing this with everyone also.
