It's about freaking time, it was killing their ratings.

    • ricky_No1 says:

Its not the time slot thats killing TNA.

      • pepsilover2008 says:

Right that's why it all the sudden shoots up in the quarter hours around 9/8 o clock

      • Philly_Cheese says:

Actually it is… the 9 to 11 timeslot has proven to be best, its the timeslot that almost every wrestling show has been in for the last couple decades.

      • POWERBOMB says:

I have to agree with ricky_No1 its not the time slot thats killing TNA if RAW was moved to another time or another day people will still follow the show bc they want to watch it.

        • Mr. Excitement says:

If the timeslot affected ratings, it'll only increase a tiny bit when it returns to 9-11.
          Still not good enough.

Let's face it. People don't care much for wrestling anymore.

it is good to remember that tna is on spike tv.

as is bellator. and as it was planned for bellator to follow tna on thursday. tna had to move 1 hour earlier.

however whats happening in the summer? oh bellator have moved to a different day (wednesday i think). allowing tna to move back to its original timeslot.

  3. godoftna says:

probabaly a good move on TNA's part, but now, they really, really, REALLY need to be sure to advertise the time change EVERYWHERE.

  4. rj thornley says:

Seriousley what’s the need for the time change coz I don’t see the point but if u guys at tna think it helps go ahead I love watchin ur programme as my grandma got me into it 2 yrd bk n I followed it ever since

    • tna24 says:

the point is because if you see the break down of the ratings per hour. the 2nd hour always had the better ratings. so tell you maybe impact should start at 9 not 8

    • ariesstormjoe says:

you realise this isnt actually a tna affiliated site right?

tna have their own website. this is a news site that is set up by WZR owner ryan clark.

1 point is being on later means they are on after the watershed (i assume as its 9 pm in uk too) where usually things on at 8 pm are restricted more.

  5. tna24 says:

it a good thing it back on at 9, because ratings show some of the best ratings were at 9

  6. annil8or4321 says:

i have to be up at 4am so now it looks like i have to dvr impact, oh well at least i can catch up before i have to go in to work

  7. joe says:

Question.. I’m in the UK so this ratings thing is a bit alien to me, but does is take into account people who record the show on sky+ or dvr/tivo (I think that’s what you guys have)?? If it does then why would the time slot matter at all? And if it doesn’t then I’m suspecting they’re never getting the full picture in regards to the ratings, in which case they should.

  8. Sa7827 says:

Hulk Hogan is what’s killing the ratings and not using there talent the right way.
