Ex-TNA Knockout Returning At One Night Only PPV?

Ex-TNA Knockout Returning At One Night Only PPV?

While many former TNA Knockouts have said they will not be participating in TNA Wrestling’s One Night Only: TNA Knockout Knockdown pay-per-view event, which is being taped today at the iMPACT! Wrestling Zone in Orlando, Florida, at least one former talent has indicated that she may.

Trinity, who appeared for the organization from 2003 to 2005, was asked on Twitter this week whether she will be appearing at the event and cryptically responded, “keep a lookout…”

Sans a one-night return at an independent event in 2008, Trinity, whose real name is Stephanie Finochio, has kept herself out of the ring since her departure from WWE in 2007. These days, she works as a stunt performer and competes in roller derby.

Angelina Love, Awesome Kong and Traci Brooks were contacted by TNA Wrestling officials to appear at the event, but all publicly said on Twitter that they declined. Ms. Peyton Banks, Rosita, Salinas, Sarita and Winter have also publicly said on the social networking website that they will not be appearing on the show.

We posted the following yesterday here on the website:

TNA is taping several of their One Night Only PPV events this weekend. In regards to the women’s PPV, all the women asked to appear (that are not currently under a contract) have turned the company down.

They are also taping World Cup style tournaments, but word is that several of the names scheduled to appear from Mexico and Canada fell through because TNA didn’t start to work on getting working visas in time. Once they did start the paperwork, it was discovered that it would be too late in the process to get the talent in for the shows.

Fond memories of Trinity & Kid Kash in the asylum days. Be good to see her again.

Don't wanna sound like a total douche, but hopefully she lost a lot of weight because last time i remember she was in the Biggest Loser and she really let herself go…..

    • kevinroulette says:

      I forgot about her

    • TwIsTeD_EnEmY says:

Nope. Management decided she wasn't ready to wrestle yet.
She ended up injuring someone though (Daffney? )

      • DirkB says:

From Wikipedia, I remember the story.
"Daffney was injured in a dark match against Miss Betsy in her tryout match and was taken to a hospital, where she was diagnosed with a deeply bruised sternum, a severe stinger, and a concussion"
Miss Betsy was another name (or real name) for Rosie Lottalove.

    • brooksideraider says:

She's not needed. No talent plus dangerous equals forget about her.

    • Leg Drop Jobber says:

Actually, Rosie was the person that injured Daffney, which is why they sent her away.

  5. MRPC says:

I'm sure that the indy scene must have quite a few guys and gals that are good enough and would like the opportunity to place themselves in the shop window.

Take it as an chance to discover a star for the future.

  6. DirkB says:

Madison Rayne won't be wrestling either, she's pregnant.

  7. rawuncutnxrated says:

You can't keep doing people dirty & then expect them want to do your shows.

I remember as a kid watching the roller derby on tv. Those gals would really be hittin' & looked really sweet doing it.
