Final Update On The TNA vs. WWE Lawsuit – It’s Over

Source: Pwinsider.com

The TNA lawsuit against WWE was officially closed and dismissed on January 22.

The judge ruled that the case was closed without prejudice, which means it could be re-opened later. However, it’s unlikely that will happen since TNA was able to get a permanent injunction against former office worker Brian Wittenstein to prevent him from using any confidential TNA information he stole. There was never any proof that WWE kept or used the material Wittenstein passed on to former WWE executive John Laurinaits.

Each side will cover their own legal costs and TNA will have to pay the court’s costs.

So not only does tna have to pay there own legal cost, they also have to pay court cost. Which imo means tna lost since wwe didn't get in trouble over anything and tna lost some money for every thing they have to pay for. O well, I'm just glad this thing is over between wwe and tna

Right or wrong no.one could beat wwe in the court. Vince McMahon had so much proof against him that he distributed steroids to the wrestlers and did them himself as I am sure he did them way after the case. But money bought him a victory.

well wwe would have been out of buisness possibly if vince went to jail. jerry jarret was going to take over for vince while in prison.
