How Much TNA Charges For Live Events – Details

TNA is currently asking $25,000 for sold shows. They can get casinos but it’s tough for other venues because you have to pay TNA’s fee plus marketing and other costs.

Breaking even would be well over 1,000 tickets and TNA live events rarely draw that many.

TNA has apparently set a rate for a promoter to bring the show to their town. In other words, some person/production/promotion company puts up the $25,000 for a show, including talent and everything you would see at a TNA house show or tv taping. The person/company that puts up the money for the event recoups it's money and hopefully makes a profit either by selling tickets and/or finding sponsors to fund the event.

Think of it as a band coming and playing in your town.

This is saying if you were promoting a TNA event you would have to pony up 25 grand to bring the show in and then ticket sales would be 100 percent yours. But I have a hard time believing that personally. Most companies work on a split or they pay you for the venue and then everything they make is theirs..I.E. Merchandise and Ticket Sales. I think this site often reports information that they steal..I mean"Report" from another place that likely "Reported" it from someone else. I just don't see any venue in today's market paying that and then still booking TNA for return shows if they were losing money on the deal, and alot of places have them back for House Shows.
