Hulk Hogan Threatens To Sue Over Sex Tape Footage

According to TMZ, Hulk Hogan has threatened a lawsuit against Gawker.com and other websites for posting portions of his leaked sex tape. Hogan’s attorneys are currently drafting a cease-and-desist letter to the websites, demanding the footage and links be taken down. If the footage is not removed, Hogan plans to sue. Hogan threatened suit in April when news of an alleged Hogan sex tape was first reported. Hogan’s attorneys said they would go after anyone who published the footage online for profit. Gawker.com claims that their release of the footage on Wednesday that the tape was given to them by an “anonymous source” for free. Hogan’s attorneys want the footage removed independent of whether it was placed online for profit because they believe Hogan was violated.

Hogan’s attorney David Houston had the following to say about the situation…

“This tape was made secretly without Hulk’s knowledge or permission. We are going to do everything in our power to figure out who did it. Anyone displaying the tape will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.”

Hogan’s lawyers have contacted numerous websites (including this one) telling us we’ll be sued if we don’t remove all links to the sex tape video on Gawker.com. To be honest, they can kiss our ass as the tape is already out there and there is no way it’s going anywhere now. Once these things leak out, it’s almost impossible to remove them entirely as people save copies and will constantly re-upload them. The link to the tape can be seen here on the main website or you can click here to view it.
