More On Jeff Jarrett’s TNA Status + Bully Ray News

— As noted earlier today here on the website, Jeff Jarrett was backstage at the TNA iMPACT! Wrestling taping last Thursday (9/12) in St. Louis, Missouri and was described as being involved with the backstage production meeting and working as an agent. The belief within the company is that Jarett is becoming more involved with the company on the road instead of working behind the scenes from the Nashville headquarters.

Brian Soscia passed this along:

iMPACT! Wrestling’s World Heavyweight Champion Bully Ray called Brian Soscia to promote the December 27th TV Taping in Philly at Temple University’s Liacouras Center!

Some of the things discussed:

-They talk about why Bully decided to get into wrestling and if he had any other jobs in mind (the other jobs may shock you).
-The conversation moves on as Bully speaks on some of his favorite bands. He then goes onto make an interesting comparison to The Dudley Boyz and one of his favorite bands KISS.
-Soscia shifts the interview to sports and finds out about Bully Ray’s athletic history. As Bully’s rich athletic history is discussed Soscia questions the reason behind Bully dropping so much weight, how his body is holding up and how much longer he thinks that he can go inside the ring.
-All of these questions are answered plus Bully Ray talks about some of his infamous, riot starting promos and much more! Click below for the interview!

  1. Nate says:

Bully Ray is the best heel in the business today! I hope he has a few good years left. At this point he does not need the Aces and Eights gimmick at all! He obviously is surviving on his own. Brooke could still be his valet though. I think that would work well like it is now

i just bonded the water out me borther hands. also goldberg. also im back from wwewrestlingnews and it sucks. one good match all year doesnt cut it for me (lesnar vs punk) wwe can fuck off. they are a multi million/almost billion dollar company who cant seem to grasp that they had a good thing in 97 to 2003 and they are producing some god awful fucking wrestlers. check that ginger rock star cunt from the games. justin gabriels old partner, what qa fucking load. make everything serious and red and black again and fucking bring the attitude back to wrestling. its well neeeded. tna have tried but clearly need another 10 years. the bitch thinks releasing good wrestlerrs like crimson and doc and others will help the company. why not get rid of shite like hawk hogan and honestly stings best days are behind him. give him a release and fucking let him headline mania and end the streak. fucking awesome. thanks you for your time.

  3. tna4life says:

Who the hell is Hawk Hogan? Is he new lol

  4. Bartab says:

Hawk Hogan is Hulks uncles daughters sisters bestfriends cousins nephews best friend from grade school. Got the job from terry and eric.

  5. Ryuho121 says:

If he was backstage and the show was successful, which it was I would keep him around, and get back to the way TNA was before all this Hogan crap got shoved down our throats and with the small exposure they have they could really do something with this.

  6. Real Deal Heel says:

Jarrett had his own agendas but was pretty good to TNA. I'd like to see more.

    • mb113 says:

I would like to see Jarrett back more than Hogan Brother Brother Brother Brother Brother Brother… Eric Bischoff was pretty good a advancing the production of TNA, though… I personally would like TNA try to get Jim Ross in to run the whole show.

  7. Jet says:

Well every one is missing the point. All you have to do is go to utube and watch the 2003 year of tna. It had everything you wanted. New faces old faces. Evil guys funny guys. Managers and wrestlers that came from Japan Mexico and other. Places. Use the old wrestlers to bring in the new ones. It will get fun again.
