If it gets confirmed that would be a step in the right direction and bring some uniqueness back to TNA's product.

  2. TwIsTeD_EnEmY says:

Lets be honest people, if they were going to bring the six sided ring back in the next 2 years, would they tell the booking office for this place?

  3. Luchador says:

hope not, its better the traditional ring, just bring back the X Division, tag teams and knockouts

  4. tna24 says:

two reason i see why their doing this, one maybe because a MMA event going to be there so maybe it better just to keep it that way and 2 they are going back to the basics to what made tna tna from 2004 to 2010 the time hogan came

  5. Mr. Excitement says:

6 sided ring was only good for the crazy X Division matches.

    • DirkB says:

      Six sides of steel.

I always liked the number of different camera angles they could get, the amount of directions a wrestler could come on-screen or fly out the ring.

The ring was for the X division but it didn't stop the other wrestlers having great matches. Kong vs Kim, Wolfe vs Angle, and all the rest.

  6. Grandiose7 says:

With 6 sides coming back, or even without, they need to bring king of the mountain back. That was original and pretty much always provided one of the best matches of the year.

    • Luis says:

Finally I thought the fans have forgotten about the King of the Mountain it sure was a Slammiversary Classic that I loved and I use to order that PPV until they scratched out that match from it and it became a stale PPV just a Happy Birthday

  7. mfg420 says:

If a wrestler stands strong with tradition six sides might drive them away from joining TNA.. six sides did nothing then… and never will ..

  8. Roid Master says:

Has TNA ever been to that venue? If so, it's probably just an old seating chart.

  9. fritiz1 says:

Its just a generic seating chart used for various wrestling and MMA events. It gives a general layout of the arena set up and seating. Arenas don't make specific seating charts for everything that books them. They use one for wrestling/MMA/Boxing, one for concerts no matter who they are, etc. Don't read any more into it than that. For what its worth I don't think the shape of the ring is a big deal either way they need to focus more on what happens in the ring than the shape. The only thing changing the ring again may do is give long term fans the sense that TNA is stepping back to the good old PreHogan days.

  10. DirkB says:

I do miss the 6 sides, I completely understand why they changed it back to 4 but the way Hogan and Bischoff done it was pretty poor. It paved the way for TNA to become more of a generic sports entertainment company than the TNA Wrestling we loved so much.

  11. The Boss says:

Seeing as how TNA doesn’t use the full arena for any U.S. show indicates that this is fraudulent.
