Report: Jeff Hardy Now Doing Yoga

TNA Champion Jeff Hardy, who just signed a new deal with the company keeping him locked into a deal through February 2015, is now using Yoga to help battle his chronic injuries from his wrestling career.

Hardy is among many wrestlers in the business right now utilizing Yoga to help keep them in shape and battle nagging injuries.

    But in all seriousness yoga is a great thing to do. I do it. Stretches me out good. And it would benefit all wrestlers mainly who are getting or are older.

      indeed. great thing for all wrestlers to do plus many do appear to suffer from depression.

      some ppl suffer from depression because of a lack of dopamine being released in the brain. run about, exercise, be active. and suddenly that depression balloon lifts a bit.
