Report: Sarita Possibly Done With TNA + More

— has released a new T-Shirt on Bobby Roode, “It Factor II.”

— It would appear that Sarita is no longer affiliated with TNA Wrestling since her profile and pictures have been removed from the company’s official website,

Her apparent departure should not come as a surprise since she had not been utilized since April and in a subsequent interview with ESPN in October, considered joining WWE a short-term goal. She joined the company in early 2009.

    Good god no….

No surprise. They rarely used her recently. TNA doesn't know that they just lost 1 of the best female wrestlers ever.

The quantity and quality of female talent in TNA has taken a serious blow with this news.

really? Gail Kim, Mickey James, Tara, and ODB. easily the greatest female wrestlers in all of wrestling! Taeler Hendrix, Madison Rayne, and Velvet Sky all atleast 3X's better than all wwe divas! And Brooke Tessmacher slightly better than the wwe divas.

I haven't watched WWE in several years, but I really find it hard to believe they would let anyone wrestle on TV that is as horrible as Bochmacher. Even when she was in WWE, all she did was dance.

Have you really seen enough of Taeler Hendrix to determine she's a great wrestler? I mean, you don't seem like the type that would keep up with OVW.

this is a another shame i feel . very good womens wrestler. but the way tna tv time works out they are just unable to keep talent that rarely gets used. they arent going to fly them out if they dont have anything planned for them.

and if your not having matches you have to go elsewhere. it shows why a 2nd show is so important to have. when a company gets up around 50 talents to use. and then they keep looking to hire more talent.

This may not be popular, but I don't see much loss here.

Sarita was good in the ring. But what else does she bring? She wasn't particularly over on the mic and isn't as attractive (sorry folks – but s3x sells) as the others, and doesn't have a unique look / style like ODB does. She was good in Mexican America, but she was really used more as a valet than anything else (BTW – valets are a good thing – see some of my other posts). Still, the role could have gone elsewhere with little drop-off.

She hasn't been used since April and the division has a lot of talent they are under-utilizing.

Best of luck to her, and maybe we'll get to see her in the future, but I doubt ratings are going to tumble here…

ratings wont take a tumble im sure since she hasnt been on tv for a while. but shes good in the ring and i think 1 problem for many talents is they have to have everything. when really focusing on someones strengths is good enough for the majority of wrestlers.

the problem i find tna has is if they are using a talent for say 10-12 weeks straight. they have/had good talent waiting at home but for them to use them a slot has to open up for them. for tna to be able to use them. like with mickie when she had surgery. it meant tna knew they werent going to be using her for a while then brought her back eventually as the knockout story at the time ended. makes it difficult to use talent successfully imo 30 wrestlers/talents can be used weekly to put on a a 2 hour show. tna usually have about 50 talents signed to them at any 1 time of a year.

Excellent points. ROH does a good job of rotating talent. They have to because they film so infrequently. They managed to book Generico in the main event of their biggest PPV despite the fact he hadn't appeared for 7 months. The only thing they did was have Steen open a package with his mask and do a promo that they replayed with video from old matches.

I'm not saying that's a good way to promote the main event of your biggest PPV. It actually sucks. But, the same concepts (have a feud show up twice a month for 2 months and showcased in the main event 1 time) could work at the mid-card level.

The pope was one thing. No big deal there, but sarita is another thing. She should have been knock out champ at least once before leaving. I wonder why she hasn't been used in the past 9 months. I bet if she goes to the E she'll learn quick, like others, that's not the place to be for a female wrestler.

  7. Firestormdzl says:

Isn't it because she was busy with CMLL or something like that. iMPACT never get the chance of using her.

  8. Philly_Cheese says:

If she goes to WWE she'll find out quick how bad it is over there. Women over there get treated poorly and it's more about how you look than how you perform…

  9. ViceyThaShizzle says:

She was good in Mexican America? She hardly even wrestled then. I'm sorry but that was far from her best moment in TNA. She hasn't been used since April, but even then she wasn't wrestling. Her best bit i'd say was tagging with Taylor Wilde before they turned her heel, she actually had a chance to show what she could do back then.

    Bad TNA, bad
