This is just wishful thinking. But in my dreams of dreams I would like to see Austin as the GM of impact and Hogan being there as an ambassador type role in TNA. Then as the knockout gm get Jackie or a tough former woman wrestler. A guy can dream!

Let that entire mess remain a dream.

I don't think that sounds like a good idea, bring him in for a couple of matches, then that's another story the whole GM thing isn't working for TNA at the moment with Hulk and Brooke, I'd say bring back Jeff and Karen as they played the roles to perfection..

    • Mr. Excitement says:

I'm sick of GM's in wrestling as a whole. It's been way overdone.

      • Bigmike885 says:

thank you!…wrestling was FINE before the whole concept was created, it was fun for a while, but to pay someone to come in and be a "general manager" of a fictiotious show makes no sense to me whatsoever

        • OldManEaston says:

Yes, it has become redundant and cliche. We need more MANAGERS to help get guys who can't talk over, instead of GMs and fake authority figures.. It doesn't make sense to me either in a business that has actively gone out of their way since the 1990's to blow the lid off of kayfabe, why the most carney position in the history of wrestling is still being featured front and center. Nobody cares about authority figures anymore and for good reason. For good or bad, everybody knows it is a work and a huge percentage of fans are now online and know about creative and at least have a base idea about who is really calling the shots.

    • UntypicalWF says:

I do not care for the whole GM angle. It has been greatly overplayed. The whole boss thing is old. Just let the wrestlers do their thing. Factions usually rule the company for good or bad,

  2. brahbrah69 says:

If TNA brought him in and wanted to sell some PPVs they would HAVE to book austin vs hogan …

    • Bigmike885 says:

and neither of them would do that match in TNA..if (and its a HUGE if) it ever happened they'd both want to do it at wrestlemania, just due to the sheer amount of money to be made..they would leave millions on the table if they did this in TNA,
