The Attendance For The Tampa, FL iMPACT! Tapings

The 5/23 TNA iMPACT! Wrestling tapings in Tampa, Florida at the USF Dome drew around 3,700 fans.

It was one of the bigger arenas the company has run since hitting the road with iMPACT! Wrestling holding around 10,000.

As noted earlier, TNA’s live event Friday night in Rome, Georgia brought in 1,100 paid customers. That is a very good number for that market.

tna need to go to small 3 thousand seat arenas instead

    • nwoforlife says:

tna needs to stay out of small arenas think small get small tna is moving the right way

      • lee4tammy says:

tna needs to take one step at a time

they dont sell out 10 thousand seat arenas so come of looking half empty

if they sell out a 3 or 4 thousand seat arena then they come off looking big and better with a sell out

from your loic it seems that you want tna to book a football arena for bound for glory

    Hogan. Worth every penny!

    • nicholal79 says:

Hogan isn't worth it! TNA's ratings haven't improved because of him! He hogs TV time and likes to steal the spotlight! At Slammiverary he killed the momentum after Sabin's win, all that could've waited till Impact instead.

      • nwoforlife says:

then can you tell me why he gets a good crowed reaction every time the red and yellow hits the ring and as for rating like i said think small get small and that's what spike is if they get a better network then rating would go up 2or 3 times the show is going strong bully makes a great bad guy the story lines are great the wrestling is second to none and hogan makes a great gm BROTHER GET WITH IT

        • ricky_No1 says:

Why do people keep saying get a better network? Its the network who pick them up, not the other way round and for that to happen they must put out a better product.

          • lee4tammy says:

i think that spike treat tna well and i live in england so i dont know how big or good spike is but surley its about the networks being interested in tna ?

spike can only do so much for tna tna has to do the rest themselves would tna being on another network really help them ?

maybe better advertising and using this new mma guy to name drop and help get tna into the main stream

tna do well in england often beating wwe in ratings 3to1 but if you ask people about wrestling in england they dont know who tna are ,

          • ricky_No1 says:

I agree. Oh and im a fellow englishman

          • ricky_No1 says:

Fuck me we get thumbs down????????????????????????????? Guess people down like us english lol

      • WARISNAUGHTY says:

You are aware I was being sarcastic right? If he isn't bringing in viewers or bringing in higher attendance he is not worth what he gets paid.

      • DirkB says:

Hogan put Sabin over… then went on to deliver his finest TNA promo, calling the A&8s p*ssies and giving Anderson the finger, I thought it was hilarious.
I'm not a big Hogan fan but he gets massive crowd reactions and did actually deliver TNA's highest ever ratings, before they went straight back down again.

  3. tna24 says:

even if we cant sell out places, at least we know we can bring in decent crowds. after all the years at the impact zone were only about 1,200 can sit. plus we just started to go on the road a few months ago, so this is a good start

  4. Stunner says:

I must say this my first year of watching only impact wrestling and it’s been a good one. I think impact is positioning it’s company in a very good position as an alternative to the Other company! Slammiversary was one heck of a card especially the KOs match. I hope TNA Impact continues to grow bigger and better in the years to come.

  5. whatsup121 says:

eventually they will sell out the 10,000 seats we just have to give it time

  6. nwoforlife says:

tna going strong but how about some hardcore tna hardcore tittle 24/7 any where any time set it up with spike where tna can go live at anytime for a hardcore tittle match could happen at the airport someones home a store any time a fishing trip on a boat a bar wedding anytime

  7. nwoforlife says:

how about this a 2 stage steel-cage match with a contract for the world tittle our a x tittle 2 keys hang at the top 1 opens the world tittle the other the x tittle

    • JoeWrestling says:

Or how about a match where there are 4 mystery lockboxes, one has the title in it, one with an open contract, one has a spider, and one requires you to strip. Oh wait, they already did that in 2010.

  8. Worst in the world says:

Ya, they must drop tv title and bring a hardcore title or they must do gut check like nxt then they can choose top guys for contract

  9. annil8or4321 says:

the majority of impact show are great, the athletes are getting even better in the ring and on the mic, storyline is starting to come along they just need to give the younger guys more tv, not so much hogan everywhere
