The Early Viewership #’s For TNA iMPACT! On SpikeTV

It looks like all the iMPACT! cancellation reports didn’t affect the rating. Last night’s Destination X-themed episode of iMPACT! Wrestling scored 1.38 million viewers and a 0.5 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic, which is down 3% and even with last week’s three-month high 1.42 million and 0.5.

The household rating will be available later.

Still pretty good, considering how low they got towards the end of "The Hog/Bisch Era."

I was thinking at the end of this week's Impact that next week's show would draw in the viewers, considering the perfect amount of hype that has went behind "Dixie going thru a table." However, did they just show us clips at the end of Impact this week? Or was that footage of her ALMOST going thru a table a few weeks back? They were more or less TELLING US Dixie goes thru a table next week. In your opinions… Is that good or bad? It kills the suspense of the storyline, but…

I'm also curious who they plan on building to defeat current TNA Champ, Lashley. He is heading back to Belator to fight soon. Right? I figured Aries was an obvious candidate to defeat the "massive champ with zero charisma." So who is actually in line for a title shot next that the champ hasn't defeated? Roode? Samoa Joe? (He may have already defeated Joe) Who else on the baby face side of things has been booked well and building momentum for a title shot?

  2. Jeremie Lafume says:

I would go for Roode finally a face then set up a revivalry with him and Ey all that history would be great and Ey was a great Heel with world elite.

  3. ImpactMeister says:

Don't read any further down as to the clips of Dixie shown at end of this week's Impact.

Yes. Those are the clips of her going through the table. I should know. I was there live for that event.

Live free ppv on sunday could grab the attention of a lot of people
but maybe on another network it would be better for TNA

  5. DJBIGCG says:

I think this weeks impact was great. I just wish they were able to get higher ratings

  6. Mr. Excitement says:

I haven't watched the last seven weeks of Impact.
It was pretty decent at the time.

    Has it gotten better now?
If so I'll start tuning in again.
