TNA Releases ‘Always Evolve’ Fitness App

TNA Wrestling issued the following press release for the new “Always Evolve” fitness app featuring Jeff Hardy:

Looking for a new way to boost your workout? Need new motivation to get up and get moving toward a healthier you? Then it’s time to check out the latest evolution in fitness with the “Always Evolve” fitness app, featuring your favorite TNA Superstars!

TNA Wrestling has teamed up with Always Evolve to create one of the most revolutionary fitness applications on the market. With Always Evolve CEO Larry Johnston’s “5-and-Hold Workout” at its core, the “Always Evolve” app combines the workout program with motion-capture and 3D modeling technology, allowing the user to exercise alongside their favorite TNA Superstars.

The app, launching today, will debut with “The Charismatic Enigma” JEFF HARDY as your workout partner. The Hardy avatar will lead you through the four-week “Always Evolve” workout regimen, which activates all types of muscle fibers — slow-, intermediate- and fast-twitch muscle groups. The “Always Evolve” program derives its benefits from a workout that consistently alters tempo and changes angles, thereby maximizing muscle recruitment.

The app also features different programs for beginner, intermediate and advanced users, along with goal-setting and nutritional guidance from a certified nutritionist.

Future modules of the “Always Evolve” app will feature additional TNA Superstars including CHAVO GUERRERO JR., ROB TERRY and MISS TESSMACHER, giving fans the chance to alternate workout partners as they see fit…and as they see gains in their own fitness.

The app, scaled for both smartphone and tablet use and available for iOS and Android devices, sells for $4.99 and is available at your respective device’s app store by searching TNA ALWAYS EVOLVE.

it cost $4.99 and the graphics look like garbage. I was hoping that TNA would have put it out for free with Jeff Hardy as the person to entice the obestify of America to get into shape

Not sure if anyone wants this, but $5 is not exactly an expensive price if you did.
