What’s The Deal With ‘King Mo’ & TNA?

Mixed martial artist King Mo is currently slated to begin competing for TNA Wrestling in January. However, he will not be a full-time wrestler as organization officials plan to use him as a special attraction.

Mo is training this week at Ohio Valley Wrestling, TNA’s developmental territory in Louisville, Kentucky.

A special attraction? What is he? A god? He isn't helping improve the TNA product. Do they really think they will get the MMA audience to turn to watch TNA?

I swear, they are stupid and they are probably paying him a nice amount per appearance instead of signing quality talent/letting go of the Alex Shelley's of the world or the Angelina Love's.

hes a special attraction cos hes going to be used when he doesnt have a fight on. its a good deal for tna imo. "blurs the lines" a bit. yes i think they should have kept shelley, angelina love but they lost them more cos they werent putting them on tv enough.

havent seen enough of mo to say he will be a talent. but ppl in bellator/tna seem to think so.

as mo says. fans of mma/wrestling that cant tell the difference are kinda stupid. hes not going to bring tna's ratings to a 2.0….could make tv interesting tho.

sting is also a special attraction.
